Turbo Kick

The unique Turbo Kick® movement patterns, combinations and techniques work together to give YOU the ultimate cardiovascular workout that will help get rid of fat and reshape your body! Each full body workout consists of a sport specific warm-up, higher paced intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a nice cool-down.

Zumba

Ditch the workout, join the party!  Zumba is a dynamic, exciting, and effective dance-aerobics workout done to an high-energy fusion of Latin and International music.  The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.  Join the party to see what all the hype is about!

PraiseMoves

PraiseMoves is a Christ-centered alternative to the practice of yoga.  This exercise class is good for the “temple of the Holy Spirit” (our body), renews our mind on the Word of God and refreshes us spiritually.  Come try this unique workout experience and see what all the buzz is about. Men's Networking Workout

This fun workout, just for men, is a total body conditioning class consisting of cardio exercises, boxing, strength training, plyometrics, calisthenics, ab work, and more using a variety of fitness tools.  The exercises are doable, effective, and easily modifiable for your fitness level.  Come get back in shape in a non-intimidating environment.  Remember to bring your business cards as you will meet a diverse and cool group of guys with many talents, skills, and gifts.

Cardio Jazz

A fun combination of jazz dance, low-impact aerobics, with a touch of hip-hop, designed to improve muscle tone and cardiovascular strength while learning the fundamentals of jazz dance. No prior dance experience is necessary.

Cardio Latin

A hi/lo workout infused with salsa, merengue, cumbia, flamenco, cha cha, rhuma dance steps and more, enjoy burning calories while moving your feet to the Latin-American rhythms.

20/20/20 -- Hi/Lo-Step-Strength

Get three workouts in one with our 20/20/20 classes.  Enjoy 20 minutes of Hi/Lo aerobics, 20 minutes of step, and 20 minutes of strength training with weights and bands.

20/20/20 -- Cardio Ball-Core-Strength

Get three workouts in one with our 20/20/20 classes.  Enjoy a 20 minute cardio workout using the ball, 20 minutes of abs, back, & pelvis, and 20 minutes of strength training with weights and bands.

Pilates

Gain strength and flexibility with Pilates! Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement.  This class is a great complement your other workouts. 

Total Body Conditioning

This class is a full body conditioning class alternating between Cardio & Strength.  Utilize various resistance apparatus to tone and sculpt the whole body. Intensive but fun & easy to follow.

Dancercise

This class teaches you basic steps in dance styles like Latin, hip hop, and modern in a fun and easy way. Cardio Dance is a fun way to get your heart rate up and make you feel so good.

Taste of Victory

Game to try new things?  Like surprises?  Need to get out of your a workout rut?  Well, Taste of Victory will give you the variety you are looking for.  With different Victory Fitness instructors each week, come on out and see what fun workout the instructor du jour has planned for you.  Every class will be different.

Body Basics

This is a small group body conditioning class for participants wanting more personalized workout, those who haven't worked out in a long time,  or those with medical restrictions.  Simply let the instructor know what you need.  Class is open to all.

Kickbox Aerobics

A cardio class that combines aerobic and martial arts movements to create a great cardiovascular training and kickboxing workout.

Step Aerobics

Step aerobics is a great fat burner for those at all fitness levels. Our Step Aerobics class keeps your heart pumping as your feet are stepping to a low impact workout on an adjustable-height platform.

1/2 Step Aerobics

This step aerobics class is great for active older adults or new exercisers who are working on their coordination and cardio endurance levels.  This unique class mixes floor aerobics done at regular speed with step aerobics done at half-time.

Hi/Lo Aerobics

High intensity, high & low impact workout with abdominal work and stretching.
