Class Enrollment 

Victory Fitness has simple, straight-forward and affordable pricing plans available for you.  No hidden fees and no long-term contracts. 

 

Cardio Hooping: Use an adult-sized hula hoop for a fun, unique, fat-burning, core-toning, full-body workout, November 6 - December 18, 2010.  Saturdays, 9-10am, Victory Fitness Center, 4 Elton Street (off University Avenue). $45 for 7-week session beginning 11/6/2010.  Primary Instructor: Jen Moore.  Walk-in fee: $8/class.  Call (585) 370-2480 to register or fill out the linked registration form and send or bring it to Victory Fitness Center with your payment.  Instructions are on the form.

 

Cardio Mix Classes: Jam-packed workout for those who like variety - Zumba, Hi/Lo, Step Aerobics, Kickboxing, Stability Ball, Pilates, Sculpting, and more...all in one hour . Every 15 minutes, you will be on to something new.  Begins 11/3/2010, 6:45pm-7:45pm, at Victory Fitness Center, 4 Elton Street (off University Avenue). Cost: $35 for 6-week session.

Praiselates Classes: Our Pilates class will return on Tuesday mornings, November 2 - December 18, 2010.  A total body conditioning with emphasis on core muscle (abs, glutes, back & thighs) toning and full-body flexibility done to invogorating Christian jazz music.  Tuesdays, 10:20am-11:20am, Victory Fitness Center, 4 Elton Street (off University Avenue). $40 for 7-week session beginning 11/2/2010.  Walk-in fee, $7 per class.  Primary Instructor: Rosalind Walker.  Call (585) 442-7196 to register or fill out the linked registration form and send or bring it to Victory Fitness Center with your payment today.  Instructions are on the form.

 

Community Classes: 

Back by popular demand --- Aerobic Classes at the city recreation centers.  Yay!!!  After a lot of negotiating, the City of Rochester is once again bringing in Victory Fitness in to conduct classes at three city recreation centers.  There will be one class per week at each of these centers - Gardiner, Ryan, and Adams rec.  Due to the budget cuts, the city cannot fund the entire program, so participants 19 years of age or older are REQUIRED to pay $2 per person per class.  Beginning the first week of November, city rec classes will be held as follows:

  • Mondays, starting November 1, 2010 - June 2011 - Gardiner Recreation Center (75 Grover Street, 14611), 6:30pm-7:30pm -- CardioMix with Rosalind Walker
  • Tuesdays, starting November 2, 2010 - June 2011 - Thomas P. Ryan Community Center (530 Webster Avenue, 14609), 6:30-7:30 -- Aerobics and Body Conditioning with Shaun Reed
  • Thursdays, starting November 4, 2010 - June 2011 - Adams Street Recreation Center (85 Adams Street, 14608), 6:15pm-7:15pm -- Aerobics and Body Conditioning with Tanya Brown.
